Payment Methods

1. Online System Payment: You will be notified the procedures if you submit in the electronic system. (No more extra handling fee beside normal registration amount)

2. Bank Transfer: You can choose this way in the submission system after your manuscript is accepted. If you want the corporate account information, please contact icese@ieet.ac.cn (30USD around needs to be paid additonally beside normal registration amount)

3. Paypal Transfer: Please email to icese@ieet.ac.cn if you need to pay by this method. (30USD needs to be paid additonally beside normal registration amount)

Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. You are so welcomed to join the conference, but if you cannot attend due to some reasons, please inform this to icese@ieet.ac.cn.

2. Due to force majeure, the organizer has the right to change the conference time and venue. We will not bear the cost such as airplane ticket, hotel accommodation, etc.

3. All refund applications need to follow the regulations below:

 

If the participants request cancellation and refund due to personal reasons, the following refund policy applies.
• 90 days ahead of the conference: Full payment except 30USD handling fee
• 60-89 days ahead of the conference: 70% of payment refund
• 30-59 days ahead of the conference: 50% of payment refund
• Within 29 days ahead of the conference: no refund
Cancellation and refund request must be made formally via email icese@ieet.ac.cn

• Losses thus incurred from the force majeure events shall not be liabled and refunds policy shall not apply as well.
